EMPLOYMENT
At Riexinger &
Associates, LLC, we want every employee to realize they are an
important part of our growing team. We try to help each
employee reach their full potential. Since inception, it has
been our goal to create a unique working environment; one that is more desirable
and productive than that of a traditional collection agency or firm . We offer flexible scheduling, no night shifts
later than 8:00pm, no Friday shifts later than 5:00pm, and only the occasional
Saturday morning. We offer a highly competitive
compensation plan.

EMPLOYEE BENEFITS
After completion of
training and a 90-day probationary period all full-time employees
are eligible to participate in our benefits package which includes:
Insurance:
- Medical
- Dental
- A comprehensive
supplemental plan through AFLAC
Paid Time Off:
- 15 Days paid time
off. Time is accrued at the rate of one day per
month. At the first of each calendar year and additional 3
days are accrued to each employee.
