Mr. Riexinger has been licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia since 1986. He has an AV rating for attorneys in Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating granted to an attorney. In his first 12 years of practice, Mr. Riexinger practiced in the areas of medical malpractice and workers’ compensation defense. For the last 7-8 years Mr. Riexinger has concentrated
his practice in the areas of general business law and litigation. For six years, Mr. Riexinger acted as Counsel for debt asset management companies.
He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Gwinnett County Bar
Association, National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys (NARCA),
and the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals (ACA
International).

Farrell

Mr. Farrell was admitted to
practice law in the State of Georgia in 2003 and practices primarily
in the area of creditor's rights and collections. Prior to
graduating from law school, Mr. Farrell worked 10 years at a
creditor's rights firm. Mr. Farrell received his B.A. in
Political Science from Kennesaw State University in 1998.
While in college he participated in the University's Mock Trial
Program and was twice placed in the top five at the annual National
Intercollegiate Mock Trial Tournament. Mr. Farrell received
his J.D. from the Georgia State University College of Law in
2003. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Farrell practiced in the
areas of insurance defense and worker's compensation defense.
He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the American Bar
Association, the Cobb County Bar Association, and is active in the
Georgia Bar's High School Mock Trial Program.

Mr. Fortune holds a B.S. Degree from Missouri Western State University and a M.S. from Chaminade University of Hawaii. Following graduation Mr. Fortune served five years in the U.S. Army as a Military Police Investigator and was honorably discharged in 1998 at the rank of Sergeant. Following his military service Mr. Fortune served in various management roles for
a $300M privately held corporation headquartered in Duluth, GA. Mr. Fortune has served as a consultant to debt buying
and collections organizations since 1998, specializing in data modeling, analysis, and forecasting.
He is a member of the Debt Buyers' Association, National Association
of Retail Collection Attorneys (NARCA), and the Association of
Credit and Collection Professionals (ACA International).
