Riexinger & Associates, LLC is a full
service collection law firm established in 2005. We offer
comprehensive litigation and collection agency services on receivables at
any stage of the process. We are committed to providing our clients
with excellent service, timely recoveries, and superior
results.
Founded in April 2005, we began as a small collections operation to
collect and litigate Georgia
accounts for one debt buyer client. With only four collectors and an
attorney we achieved phenomenal results. Our performance convinced
our client to increase both the scope and volume of accounts for us to
manage. The firm has grown to nearly 50 full-time collectors, attorneys,
and legal staff, with projected growth to 70 full-time personnel. We
also now service several additional clients. We have the capacity to include
additional clients immediately.
Our skilled attorney staff, headed by Stephen P. Riexinger,
is prepared to represent clients in all areas of creditor's rights.
Our specialization is purchased debt, particularly charged-off consumer
credit card debt and auto deficiency balances. We are members of the
State Bar of Georgia, the American Bar Association, the National
Association of Retail Collection Attorneys, and ACA International (The
Association of Credit and Collection Professionals).
